Job Description:

1. Every guest to be given warm welcome at arrival and fond farewell at departure. 2. Maintaining friendly, courteous and customer service atmosphere at all times in the lobby. 3. To know how to make front office report, related to revenue report, morning report, meal plan, arr, eod,manager’s report etc. 4. Proper guidance to all cashier to minimise the allowance, discounts and error free billing. 5. Capable enough In absence of D.M or Executive to take shift briefing 6. Able to handle guest complaint and same to be intimated to D.M or AFOM & FOM. 7. Plan out for weekly roster for the department 8. Plan it for vvip arrivals and departure related to amenities arrangement, transport, room check, welcome drink,arti tikka .
